New grant: “Automated Behavior Assessments through Body-Worn Movement Sensors and Machine Learning” (Georgia CTSA)

2019-10-21

In this new grant we will develop new methods for learning the structure of specific behaviors aiming for improved accuracy and fidelity of automated movement assessments through body-worn sensors.

The main application domain is behavior assessment in youth ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). This project is a collaboration with Marcus Autism Center. Thomas Ploetz is the PI who will work with Shruthi Hiremath on method development and validation.
